Have you ever visited a floating restaraunt in the middle of the ocean? If not, you need to!
When we visited Fiji, we made a day trip to Seventh Heaven, the newest 2-story floating pontoon with a restaurant AND a bar, and let us just say it's AMAZING!
When you're out on the floating pontoon, you are literally surrounded by Fiji's pristine waters, it's unreal!

When we traveled to Laos last fall, it is not easy to fly into Laos from Oregon so we had fly into another country, and chose Vietnam.
